Governing Law; Venue and Jurisdiction

Pearson in Practice Holdings Limited makes efforts to ensure that its publications,

such content to be viewed. In the event that a foreign country’s law may
not be fully complied with, then Pearson in Practice Holdings Limited shall be
deemed not to be directing such content to that particular country.

the terms of this agreement in the same way as Pearson in Practice Holdings Limited, nothing in this agreement shall confer on any third party any
right or benefit under the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third
Parties) Act 1999.
